Testament's Chuck Billy to Host 'Slaughter by the Water 3′ Featuring Philm, Autopsy + More

Details for the third edition of Slaughter by the Water have just been released to eager metal fans. Taking place on Aug. 25, Slaughter by the Water 3 will be held on the USS Hornet Aircraft Carrier docked in Alameda, Calif., and will feature Absu, Autopsy, Impaled, Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo's side project Philm + many more.
